President: Greg Murtha - MD Candidate c/o 2022
Greg Murtha grew up in San Jose, CA. He attended the United States Naval Academy where he majored in chemistry with a biochemistry focus. He graduated in 2018 with a bachelors of science before beginning his medical training at USUHS. He is currently pursuing a career in neurosurgery. ​​
Vice President: Spencer Glancey - MD Candidate c/o 2022
​Spencer grew up in Santa Clarita, CA. He attended Brigham Young University where he graduated in 2015 with a degree in Middle East Studies and Arabic. He went on to do a post-bac at Loyola Marymount University. Before starting at USUHS, he worked as an EMT and enlisted as an Apache Mechanic in the National Guard. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and dog, hiking, and watching movies. He is currently pursuing a career in neurosurgery or IR.​

​Joe Dinoto grew up in Howard County, MD. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and started at USUHS in 2019.
